Miami, FL – 2019-11-01 – The Fourth Estate Public Benefit Corporation has announced today that it has completed the sale of FeedSyndicate, LLC to KrisSari Media Limited of Bengaluru, India.

“I am delighted with FeedSyndicate acquisition and the platform will provide our Southeastern Asia customers end-point platform that offers globally syndicatated news and content,” said Ramesh Lal, KrisSari lead investor.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, the W. Jeffrey Brown of the Fourth Estate said they expect the acquisition to close within 60 days, and that existing investors agreed to finance the cash portion of the acquisition.
